1) Membership
  • Minimum Age = 21 years
  • Driver's License = YES
  • Membership Fee = NO
  • Driving Experience = Minimum 2 years
  • No major violations in the past 3 years
  • For special cars, driver's age over 25 years
2) Insurance Coverage
  • 24 hours roadside assistance
  • Personal accident benefits
  • Medical expense benefits, up to RM1,000
  • Hospital expense benefits up to RM30/day
  • Flood cover up to RM50
  • Coverage for unlimited liability for death or injury to 3rd party during the reserved period
  • Property damage liability up to RM3m
3) Available Car Models
Any care manufacture on or after 2013.

4) Cancellation Policy

Time Cancellation Refund
More than 7 days from trip start 50%
2-7 days before trip start 30%
Less than 2 days before trip start 0%
If a Car owner wishes to cancel a booked trip, they must notify the user via email to enquiry@nakmove.com as soon as possible. The cancellation is effective immediately, and the customer receives a refund in 30 days.

5) Delivery Policy
  • Pick-up at designated locations
  • Car owners deliver at custom locations
  • Car owners deliver to airports
Note: Subject to applicable delivery fees and car owner options

6) Delivery Service for Owners
  • 3rd party delivery service
  • Pick up from Car owner’s location and drop off to user’s location; AND/OR
  • Pick up from user’s location and drop off to Car owner’s location
  • Fees include:
    • Delivery fee depends on distance
    • Light cleaning fee
    • Basic cleaning fee
    • Fuel up : fuel cost + fee
7) Screening Policy
Before a user can request a car, she or he must provide the following information:
  • Driver’s license information: Every customer must submit his or her driver’s license number.
  • Payment card information: He or she must also provide their payment information.
  • International drivers: Non-Malaysia drivers may have to provide additional information
8) Valet Policy
  • Provides designated Parking Lots and authorized partner to handle the key handoff to user.
  • Car owner can bring car to a participating Valet lot and an attendant will confirm trip details and hand off Car owner’s car to the user when they arrive.
  • Includes plausible vehicle inspection during these key events:
    • When Car owners drop off the car to the Valet lot
    • When the user picks up the car from the Valet lot
    • When the user returns your car to the Valet lot
    • When Car owners pick up the car from the Valet lot
9) Fees and Fines
  • For Users:
    • Additional mileage
    • Late return
    • Fuel replacement
    • Tolls
    • Fines
    • Cleaning
  • For Car Owners:
    • Violation of maintenance policy
    • Violation of grey market policy
    • Car owner late cancelation
    • Car owner no show
    • Material representation
10) Reimbursement Tool
Use reimburse tool for Car owners to charge Users for the following:
  • Additional mileage overages
  • Fuel reimbursement requests
  • Parking ticket
  • Toll payments
11) Resolutions Tool
Provides tool for Users to get assistance from Company to resolve the following:
  • Cleaning services
  • Accidents or damages
  • Any disputes
12) Methods of Payment
Methods of payment accepted via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa), telegraphic transfer, cash deposit and online banking. Whatever the method of payment, funds must have cleared in our account by the payment deadline.
